What I love about working with people who are recovering and healing from difficult experiences is the strength based approach I use. I help clients to find and use their own available positive resources to remind them to look at where their path began, and where it can go. There is a lot of power in finding the strength within you and harnessing it towards healing. That, and the progress clients are making while healing from their experiences is what inspires me to do this work.
I am a solution focused therapist with a compassionate approach. My therapeutic attitude is non-judgmental, supportive and solution oriented. As an Israeli Army veteran, a mom, and a person who has changed careers, I know that life presents opportunities to make changes, to take a leap of faith and explore something new. My experience has helped me understand and incorporate a gentle, kind approach in my work as a psychotherapist.
